Bean sprouts chicken (Ngah Choi Kai) or Taugeh Chicken is similar to Hainanese chicken rice except it comes with a plate of beansprouts, famous throughout the city of Ipoh. The steamed chicken are served with light soya sauce flavoured with oil.
