Ben Davies (6 January 1858 - 28 March 1943) was a popular Welsh tenor. He was born in the Swansea valley town of Pontardawe.

As well as performing in the Carl Rosa Opera Company, Davies also appeared in the first production of the Royal English Opera (now the Palace Theatre, London), playing in the première of the opera Ivanhoe.

Davies was noted for frequently singing with his eyes closed.
