Beraintsi (Бераинци) is a small village in the Tran region. It is located in western Bulgaria, 82 km from the capital city of Sofia, 4 km from the town of Tran and 13 km from the border with Serbia and Montenegro. To the north, the village faces Rui Mountain (1,706 m). It has a permanent population of 15 people, although in the summer there are can be as much as 150 people.
