The Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (formerly the Royale Theatre) is located in New York City, New York on 45th Street in Manhattan's Theatre District. It shares a stage entrance with the John Golden and Majestic Theaters.

Designed by architect Herbert J. Krapp, it the theater opened in 1927 as the Royale Theatre. John Golden leased (and renamed) the theatre from 1932 to 1937, when The Shubert Organization took over ownership and leased the theater to CBS Radio until 1940, when it was restored to its original name. On May 9, 2005, it was renamed for Bernard B. Jacobs, longtime president of The Shubert Organization.

Notable stars and productions at this theater have included Mae West in Diamond Lil and The Constant Sinner, Julie Andrews in her Broadway debut The Boy Friend, Laurence Olivier in The Entertainer, Lauren Bacall in Cactus Flower, Madonna in David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow, and A Raisin in the Sun starring hip-hop icon Sean "P. Diddy" Combs.

In March 2006, Julia Roberts, Bradley Cooper and Paul Rudd began performances in the lead roles of Three Days of Rain, marking Julia Roberts' Broadway debut.
