|} Beta Cassiopeiae (β Cas / β Cassiopeiae) is a Delta Scuti variable star in the constellation Cassiopeia. It also has the traditional name Caph, from the Arabic word كف kaf, "palm" (i.e. reaching from the Pleiades), also known as al-Sanam al-Nakah.

β Cassiopeiae is a yellow-white F-type giant with a mean apparent magnitude of +2.28. It is classified as a Delta Scuti type variable star and its brightness varies from magnitude +2.25 to +2.31 with a period of 2.5 hours.
