Boundaries
The constituency is located in the Beverley area of East Riding of Yorkshire, stretching to the North Sea coast.History
The constituency first sent members to Parliament regularly from 1563 as Beverley, but was disenfranchised in 1869. It was re-created for a short time between 1950 and 1955 and then again in 1983. In 1997 the constituency was renamed to the current form, Beverley and Holderness. Tragedy struck in 2005 however, when following the elections a ballot box was stolen.Members of Parliament
