Bhadgaon

Bhadgaon is a place in Nepal. (1991 pop. 61,405). It is located in East Nepal. It was one of the three kingdoms of medieval Nepal.

Bhaktapur district: Bhaktapur city, just 13 km east of Kathmandu city, is renowned for its exquisite art and architecture, centuries-old palaces and monuments, colorful festivals and dances. All district level Government offices are located within Bhaktapur Municipality. Nearest airport is located 9 Km. west in Kathmandu. There are regular buses from main urban centers to Kathmandu and different cities. Local bus service connects district HQ to other parts of the district. Most of the VDCs (villages) are connected by line telephone and mobile telephone is operational within the district. Night halt and visiting in the district are safe. There are several hotels in Bhaktapur offering modern facilities.
