Bianca Biaggi is a Brazilian pornographic actress who tested positive for HIV.

It is thought Biaggi contracted the virus after an anal sex scene with a transsexual performer, while shooting for an American pornographic film. Biaggi is suspected of infecting veteran pornstar Darren James in a shoot in Brazil involving anal sex. Lara Roxx, Jessica Dee, and Miss Arroyo then tested positive after having anal sex with Darren James when he returned to filming in the U.S. It was at this point that the virus was discovered. The ensuing fears of HIV spreading throughout the adult performer community caused a one month (end announced May 12, 2004) shutdown of production of adult movies in the United States, and heated debates on the risks taken when filming condomless, anal and foreign location scenes.
