- New Avengers #1-present (Marvel Comics; January 2005 - present, continuation of Avengers Vol. 3), written by Brian Michael Bendis and pencilled by David Finch, includes Spider-Man as a member of this superhero team
- Astonishing Spider-Man #1-present (Panini Comics/Marvel UK; Unknown month 1994 - present). Part of Marvel UK's "Collector Edition" line, reprinting US stories from 2-3 years earlier.

- Marvel Adventures Spider-Man #1- (Marvel Comics/Marvel Adventures; May 2005 - present; continuation of Marvel Age Spider-Man), written by Sean McKeever, set during Spider-Man's high school years.
- Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane #1-present (Marvel Comics, December 2005 - present, sequel to Mary Jane and Mary Jane: Homecoming miniseries), written by Sean McKeever and illustrated by Takeshi Miyazawa. Set outside the regular Marvel continuity.
Previous series
Spider-Man also has had a number of series that are since cancelled or have been given new names:- Marvel Team-Up, a series that featured Spider-Man paired with a different Marvel Comics super-hero each month. That original version was replaced by Web of Spider-Man in 1985. The current version features Spider-Man heavily, but not in every issue.
- The Sensational Spider-Man, cancelled with issue #33 in 1998, at the same time Spectacular Spider-Man was cancelled & Amazing Spider-Man and Peter Parker: Spider-Man were relaunched. The title is revived with the renaming of the Marvel Knights Spider-Man serial in 2006.
- The Spectacular Spider-Man, originally called Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man at its debut in 1976, was renamed in 1988 with issue #134 and cancelled with issue #263 (1998). A 2003 relaunch of the title (replacing Peter Parker: Spider-Man) was cancelled at issue #27 (2005).
- , a series created in 1991 specifically for creator Todd McFarlane, later renamed Peter Parker: Spider-Man at the end of the Clone Saga. Renumbered and relaunched after #98 in 1998 and cancelled with volume 2 #58 in 2002.
- Spider-Man's Tangled Web an anthology series where new, alternative and Vertigo comics creators were given a shot at telling stories featuring the character. Ran for 22 issues from 2001- 2003. The title was replaced by the Marvel Knights Spider-Man series in 2004.
- Untold Tales of Spider-Man, a retcon series that told new stories set in Spider-Man's early super-hero career, lasted 26 issues and two Annuals from 1995 - 1997.
- Web of Spider-Man, created in 1985 and cancelled in 1995 with issue #129.
- another retcon series, similar to Untold Tales of Spider-Man, but with rotating creative teams telling stories of different time periods. Lasted 18 issues (1998-1999)

- Deadly Foes of Spider-Man #1-4 (Marvel Comics, May 1991 - August 1991; Writer: Danny Fingeroth, Pencillers: Al Milgrom and Kerry Gammill) - A mini-series featuring the Sinister Syndicate.
- Lethal Foes of Spider-Man #1-4 (Marvel Comics, September 1993 - December 1993; Writer: Danny Fingeroth, Penciller: Scott McDaniel) - Sequel miniseries to Deadly Foes of Spider-Man.
- Spider-Man: The Arachnis Project
- #1-3; #0 (Marvel Comics, August 1995 - October 1995, Writer: J.M. DeMatteis, Penciller: John Romita, Jr; January 1996) A story starring Ben Reilly, set at the halfway point between his "birth" and return to New York, during his travels. Specifically set in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was framed for murder by Kaine. Zero issue was separate, and a "primer" for Ben Reilly taking over as Spider-Man.
- #1-4 (Marvel Comics, December 1995 - March 1996, Writer: Fabian Nicieza, Penciller: Darick Robertson.) - Peter Parker and his very pregnant wife Mary Jane move to Portland. The miniseries ends with Peter losing his spider-powers.
- #1-4 (Marvel Comics, September 1996 - December 1996, Writer J.M. DeMatteis, Penciller: Mike Zeck) Sequel miniseries to The Lost Years, set in the then-present day.
- #1-6, #0, #7-12 (Marvel Comics, December 1998 - October 1999; Writer/Penciller: John Byrne) a retcon miniseries retelling Spider-Man's earliest adventures. Later disavowed from continuity.
- Spider-Man/Daredevil #1-4 (Marvel Comics/Marvel Knights, January 2001 - April 2001; Writer: Paul Jenkins, Penciller: Phil Winslade)
- ' #1-6 (Marvel Comics, July 2002 - December 2002; Writer: Jeph Loeb, Penciller: Tim Sale) - part of Loeb and Sale's "colour series", also including ' and .
- #1-4 (Marvel Comics, July 2002 - October 2002) - A CG mini-series written by Greg Rucka dealing with Curt Connors attempting to find a cure, for his cancer-stricken wife.
- Spider-Man: Revenge of the Green Goblin
- #1-6 (Marvel Comics, August 2002 - December 2002) - A mini-series about Al Kravinoff, the son of Kraven, the Hunter, wanting the make a movie. Critically molested as "awful on every level," and cancelled one issue early as a result, with a talking dog announcing the fact on the last page of the last issue.
- #1-6 (Marvel Comics/Marvel Knights, August 2002 - January 2006; Writer: Kevin Smith, Penciller: Terry Dodson) - Infamously late miniseries, with a three-year hiatus between issues three and four, which was finally released December 2005.
- (Marvel Comics, August 2004 - December 2004, Writer: Zeb Wells, Penciller: Kaare Andrews)- Featuring the early life of Doc Ock. Not part of Marvel Universe continuity.
- Spider-Man/Wolverine #1-4 (Marvel Comics/Marvel Knights, August 2003 - November 2003; Writer: Brett Matthews, Penciller: Vatche Mavlian) - A mini-series about Spider-Man going to Japan to rescue a captured Wolverine. Not to be confused with the February 1987 Spider-Man vs. Wolverine one-shot.
- #1-5 (Marvel Comics, June 2005 - October 2005; Writer: Tony Bedard, Penciller: Manuel Garcia) Spider-Man hunting down some of the criminals who escaped the Raft, in New Avengers.
- #1-5 (Marvel Comics, August 2005 - December 2005; Writers: Tom Peyer and Mark Waid, Penciller: Salvador Larroca) - a part of the more general House of M event

- Amazing Spider-Man #39-40; "How Green Was My Goblin!"/"Spidey Saves The Day!" - Green Goblin discovers Spider-Man's identity, before revealing his own to Spider-Man and apparently becoming amnesiac in an explosion.

- Amazing Spider-Man #121-122; "The Night Gwen Stacy Died"/"The Goblin's Last Stand!" - A sequel to ASM 96-98, the Green Goblin returns again as Harry Osborn relapses into using drugs, and kills Gwen Stacy in the first example of a hero's girlfriend being killed, before dying himself.
- Amazing Spider-Man #149; "Even If I Live, I Die!" - The Jackal clones Spider-Man before one of the Spider-Men and the Jackal are apparently killed.
- Amazing Spider-Man #185; "White Dragon, Peter's College Graduation" - Peter Parker's college graduation day. Peter couldn't actually graduate, on the day of graduation, because he missed one credit, gym class.
- Amazing Spider-Man #200; "The Spider and The Burglar" - Death of The Burgular who killed Uncle Ben.
- Amazing Spider-Man Annual #21 - Peter Parker marries Mary Jane.
- Spectacular Spider-Man #200; Harry Osborn, having since become the second Green Goblin, attempts to destroy his one-time best friend and now enemy, Spider-Man. Realizing his errors, he instead saves Peter from one of his own traps, shortly before falling victim to his father's imperfect Goblin serum and dying, sharing one last smile with his friend as he does.
- Web of Spider-Man #117; "Power And Responsibility, Part 1" - Spider-Man's clone, going by the name of Ben Reilly, comes to town to see the critically-ill Aunt May.
- Sensational Spider-Man #0; "Ultimate Commitment" - Ben Reilly takes over as Spider-Man, after Peter Parker retires to raise his unborn child.
- Peter Parker: Spider-Man #75; "Revelations, Part 4" - Green Goblin is revealed to be alive; kills Ben Reilly and revealed to behind the entire events of the "Clone Saga"
