Bio-bomb

A Bio-bomb is a fictitious, high-tech, fairy manufactured guided missile which appears in the Artemis Fowl series.

The bio-bomb is made of a plastic alloy and employs the radioactive energy source Solinium II, which kills only living things and leaves the landscape and buildings unchanged. Used mostly in collaboration with the fairy time-stop, the bomb, nicknamed a blue rinse, can be calibrated to an exact radius; that is to say that it can explode and blue rinse an exact area.
