Bito clan

The Bito clan was a minor japanese clan susistent of Daimyo originating in the province of Sanuki. The Bito clan followed in the submission the Chosokabe clan during the Sengoku Period of the 16th century. They then later had their lands confirmed after Toyotomi Hideyoshi's invasion of Shikoku in 1584. Following the year of 1587 the Bito then led their troops in assistance during a certain invasion of Kyushu. They perfomed very cowardly during the battle and were known as so throughout many years. Due to this result they also lost their lands.
