Blacks Harbour (or "Blacks" as it is referred to by locals) is a town in Charlotte County, New Brunswick, Canada, on the Bay of Fundy. In 2001 it had a population of 1,082. St. George is the nearest town, 15 kilometres to the northwest, and the United States border is 56 km (35 miles) further west.

Blacks Harbour provides the mainland gateway to Grand Manan Island (approx. 32 km offshore). The year-round ferry service operates from Blacks Harbour to North Head on Grand Manan.

Fishing has been a vital part of its existence for over 200 years. Connors Bros. Limited was founded in 1885 at Blacks Harbour, now a major international processor of all types of seafood. The company is also a major New Brunswick employer.
