Blue Panorama Airlines is an airline based in Rome, Italy, but the most important base is Malpensa Airport. It is a private airline operating scheduled and charter flights from Italy to various international destinations. Its main bases are Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport (FCO), Rome and Malpensa Airport (MXP), Milan.

The airline was established in 1998 by tour operator Astra Travel and started operations in December 1998. It is owned by Distal & Itr Group (66.6%) and Franco Pecci (33.4%).
