Bratsk Reservoir

The Bratsk Reservoir (Russian: ) is a reservoir of the Angara in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia. It is named after the city of Bratsk, the largest city adjacent to the reservoir. It has a surface area of 5,470 km² and a maximum volume of 169.27 billion m³.
This earth fill dam was completed in 1967, it is 124 m high, is 4417 m long, and a highway runs along the top of the dam wall.
The electrical power capacity is 4,500 MW.
