Breadwinner

Breadwinner was a band based in Richmond, Virginia comprised of: Pen Rollings (guitar), Robert Donne (bass), and Chris Farmer (drums). Their music is the definition of math rock, a calculated and electrifying mash-up of metal signatures. Merge Records released two 7-inch singles and one full-length CD, "The Burner" (1994) after the band had broken up. A song, "Knighton," appeared on a compliation from Turn of the Century Records, and another song appeared on a triple 7-inch EP from Simple Machines Records.
