Brian Lee Pittman, Born on October 21 in 1980 in Canton, Ohio, played bass in the Christian rock band Relient K, which he started with best friends Matt Thiessen and Matt Hoopes. He played bass for Relient K from the band's beginning in 1997 until Bleach's farewell show on August 29, 2004, when he left the band to pursue a career in landscaping. He now plays bass in the Christian metal band Inhale Exhale, and has reportedly started a landscaping company called "Landsharks". Some people think that the song "For the Band", which is found on Relient K's EP "Employee of the Month", was written about his leaving, but that is unlikely, as that song was recorded 2 years before his departure. He recorded the band's fourth album Mmhmm with them before his departure.
