The Broadmoor Projects is a public housing apartment complex in Riviera Beach but is described to be in West Palm Beach because of the zip code. It was built for West palm's low income African Americans and is located on blue heron. It's down the street from the locally famouse ivey green projects on Congress avenue which is now shut down do to hurricane damages. Broadmoor has some problems do to crime so it is a dangerous place to live. The apartment complex only has 182 units and is only 2 stories.
