Bubwith

Bubwith is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It is situated on the River Derwent, west of which is the Selby district of North Yorkshire. The village is about 9 miles east of Selby, and six miles north of Goole. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 1,104.

The Bubwith telephone exchange has been ADSL enabled since July 2005, and became MaxDSL enabled in March 2006
