Buena Vista Television is the television syndication firm of Disney/ABC Television Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company, that was established in 1985 and handles the television distribution of product from Walt Disney Television, Touchstone Television, and ABC. The company also produces and distributes its own shows, such as The Tony Danza Show, Ebert & Roeper, the current U.S. run of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, and Live with Regis and Kelly (which is produced by WABC-TV, but BVTV still handles the distribution rights, The Golden Girls, Home Improvement, and Boy Meets World. Buena Vista Television also distributes the movies of those by Walt Disney Pictures, Caravan Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax Films, Dimension Films, and ABC's classic film library on television.
In a way, BVTV is the second syndication arm of ABC, with WorldVision being the first (as ABC Films).
