Bugojno (Cyrillic: Бугојно) is a town in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the Central Bosnia Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity. The town is 80 km to the northwest from Sarajevo, with some 31,000 inhabitants. It used to be one of industrial centers of the former Yugoslavia with highy developed industry, but most of it was destroyed during the Bosnian war.The town is multi-ethnic, and many refugees are now returning to the town, though unemployment is high. The Koprivnica forest lies to the west of the town. The town's local football club is FK Iskra.
