Buzz (Debian)
Encyclopedia : B : BU : BUZ : Buzz (Debian)
Buzz is the codename of the superseded Debian GNU/Linux 1.1 distribution. Buzz is the first of Debian's releases. Because a CD vendor made an unofficial, broken release labeled "1.0", Buzz does not use the version number "1.0".
Buzz was released 17 June 1996, it was obsoleted by Rex as of 12 December 1996.
