C.C. Sabathia

Carsten Charles Sabathia (born July 21, 1980 in Vallejo, California) is a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who plays with the Cleveland Indians. Sabathia was drafted 20th overall by the Indians in the 1998 MLB Amateur Draft. He bats and throws left-handed.
In a five season career, Sabathia has a compiled a 69-45 record with 761 strikeouts and a 4.10 ERA in 776 innings. In 2000, he pitched for the US Olympic baseball team in Australia. He made the American League All-Star team in 2003 and 2004.
