Encyclopedia : C : CA : CA3 : CA36C

The CA36C is an airsoft version of Heckler & Koch's G36. It is made by Classic Army and fires 6mm BBs of weights between .2 to .25 grams. The airsoft gun uses "mini" batteries that are usually 600 mAh and 8.4 volts. The foregrip can be changed to accommodate a larger battery. Due to the rail systems that are found on the sightrail itself, the sides and the bottom of the weapon, it is easy to mount everything from R.I.S to laser sights and scopes. It has a folding stock and weighs about 2.7 kilograms. The body of the gun is made of fiberglass. Fire modes can be switched from semi to auto. The standard high-capacity magazine carries 470 calibre BB's and has a nozzle- exit speed of proxy. 90m/s. It's a perfect gun for urban ground fighting or any other environments where movement and stealth is the key. It is easy to carry around due to the light weight and the compact form. The G36C (the original weapon) is a state of the art Special Forces weapon, being an improved combination of all the weapons in the Heckler & Koch G3 weapons series. It is used by elite forces in missions that acquire easy movement and shooting with pinpoint accuracy.
