CIPA (also commonly known as CTV Prince Albert) is a Canadian television station, broadcasting in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It is an affiliate of CTV Television Network.
The station also has rebroadcast transmitters in Alticane, Big River, Melfort and Nipawin.
In 2002, CTV parent company Bell Globemedia sold CIPA's former CBC-affiliated twinstick sister station, CKBI, to the CBC, which then made CKBI a rebroadcaster of CBKST in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
