COOK Trading Limited is a manufacturer and retailer of frozen ready meals, established in 1997 and based in Tonbridge, Kent and Sittingbourne, Kent.
All frozen ready meals are manufactured without the use of artificial additives and preservatives in their production kitchen in Sittingbourne and primarily sold through their 18 'COOK'-branded retail outlets mainly situated in affluent market towns across the South East of England, and also online through their website.
COOK are currently in dispute with UK retailer Marks & Spencer (M&S) regarding the branding of M&S's COOK! food range. COOK Trading Limited believe that the branding on M&S's COOK! range is confusingly similar to COOK Trading Limited's own 'COOK' range of meals, using a similar typeface and wording on the packaging.
