CQ can mean:
- "Carrier Qualification", referring to the requirement for Navy and Marine pilots to land their plane on an aircraft carrier before winning their wings
- casu quo, Latin for "in this case"
- Central Queensland, an area in Queensland, Australia
- "Charge of Quarters", a military duty performed by an NCO (the CQ) and another soldier (the ACQ, Assistant CQ); typically involves making sure the common areas are clean, and that no one living is disturbing their neighbors.
- Chevalier de l'Ordre national du Québec ("Knight of the National Order of Quebec", Canadian decoration post-nominal letters)
- Congressional Quarterly, a publication that summarizes the legislative activities of the United States Congress
- Constellation Airlines: IATA airline designator of this defunct Belgian airline
