Cabano, Quebec

Cabano is a city in Témiscouata Regional County Municipality within the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec. It is situated on Lake Témiscouata on Highway 185.
On May 9 1950, a fire destroyed a large part of the city.
According to the Canada 2001 Census:
- Population: 3,213
- % Change (1996-2001): 4.1
- Dwellings: 1,581
- Area (km².): 111.97 km²
- Density (persons per km².): 28.7
