Cadbury Adams, a subsidiary of Cadbury-Schweppes, is a candy, gum, breath mint and cough drop company headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. The company was formed after the purchase of Adams Gum in 2002/2003 by Cadbury-Schweppes for the sum of US$4.2 billion.
