Can't Get a Date is a documentary-style reality show on VH1 and Logo.

The show takes a variety of subjects from New York City who feel that they have personal issues that are holding them back from finding romance. An anonymous host, producer Stefan Springman, guides them through lifestyle changes - physical, emotional, and behavioural - to help them improve themselves and ultimately be more "dateable".

As VH1 states on their website, Can't Get a Date "explores the problems of such people and teaches them the skills to find love in an honest, amusing and unique way". [link]

One of the subjects of the show, singer and actor James Bradford, kept a running blog on the process. He waited until the show began to air to reveal his identity and the name of the program. As time progressed he began to assert that he had been intentionally misled by the producers of the program, stating on his blog: "I feel the director/producers are INTENTIONALLY presenting a depiction of events which is directly contradictory to what actually occurred." The working title of the program was "Crushed Out".
