CanWest MediaWorks NZ is a company based in New Zealand and listed on the New Zealand Stock Market.
The company was formed in July 2004 by CanWest Global Communications as a vehicle to list 30 percent of its ownership of New Zealand television and radio broadcasting assets on the New Zealand sharemarket. The company took ownership of TV Works, operator of TV3 and C4 and RadioWorks, operator of radio stations and networks across New Zealand.
