Carolyn Kepcher (born in 1968 in Westchester County, New York) is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager for the Trump National Golf Club and best known for her regular appearance on the NBC television program The Apprentice. On the program, she monitors the progress of the contestants and assists Donald Trump in determining who should be "fired."
In 1992, Kepcher took a job as sales and marketing director of a rundown golf club outside New York City to prepare the distressed property for bank auction. She made a presentation to Trump on how best to use the property and was hired by Trump in 1994.
In 2004, she co-wrote the book Carolyn 101: Business Lessons From the Apprentice's Straight Shooter (ISBN 0743270223) based on her business experience.
Kepcher is of Irish Catholic extraction, and is married to George Kepcher, and they are the parents of Connor and Cassidy. They live in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
As a Trump Organization judge in The Apprentice, Carolyn is famous for her "icy look" which she uses when she feels that the applicant is definitely guilty for any deviations and/or infractions performed throughout tasks assigned from the desk of Donald Trump. One instance is when Erin wrongly flirted with Donald and then Carolyn lambasted Erin for making a dumb move and then went to stare at Erin with her cold, icy look.
