Carom is a board game. The word carom can refer to:
- Carambole billiards, a billiards game possibly developed in the 18th century in France
- Carrom, a family of tabletop games sharing a similarity in that their mechanics lie somewhere between billiards and shuffleboard
- a slang term for a rebound in basketball
- Ajwain, (also known as Carom, Ajowan, Bishop's Weed and Seeds Of Bishop's Weed), is an uncommon spice except in certain areas of Asia.
