Carrum Downs is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Frankston. The Shiva-Vishnu Hindu Temple, the largest Hindu temple in Victoria, is located in this suburb. The area is also home to a large population of Pacific Islanders and Maoris.
