Casey Patrick Biggs (born April 4, 1955 in Toledo, Ohio, USA) is an American actor who has starred in movies and on television. He is best known throughout the Star Trek community for his recurring role as Damar, a Cardassian on '. Biggs made a guest appearance on ' in the season 3 episode "Damage" as an Illyrian Captain.
Biggs's other TV roles were on the soap operas Ryan's Hope as Fenno Moore from 1988-1989, and on General Hospital as Chad Wainwright in 1990. His other television role was on the 1990s TV series Stat.
He has appeared in movies such as The Pelican Brief (1993), Broken Arrow (1996) and was in the Star Trek documentary movie Trekkies 2 in 2004 as himself.
Biggs has made many guest appearances on TV shows, some of those appearances range from Father Dowling Mysteries, Matlock, The Young Riders, ER, Snoops, ', ', and Crossing Jordan.
Biggs was once married to Star Trek Voyager actress Roxann Dawson. They are now divorced.
