The Celadon Game Corner is a location in the Red, Blue, Yellow, and Leaf Green/Fire Red versions of the Pokémon video game series. It is a casino filled with slot machines, located in Celadon City. You receive coins for winning the games. You can then trade in these coins for prizes, including Pokémon or Technical Machines. The Celadon Game Corner is operated by Team Rocket. In the Pokémon video game series, there is a man in the back of the game corner in front of a poster. Once you talk to him, you will go into a battle with him. After you defeat him, he walks into the right end of the game corner. Behind the poster there is a switch which opens a staircase at the right. This is Team Rocket's secret hideout.

Throughout the hideout are a series of walkways and puzzle-oriented one-way paths that you must master in order to complete the task. Team Rocket grunts will repeatedly interfere with your attempts. The "Lift Key" must be retrieved by defeating one of these grunts in order to access the elevator to the bottom floor, where you will meet up with Giovanni for your first battle with him.
