Central Operations (CO) is a major command of the London Metropolitan Police that provides operational support to the rest of the service. It is commanded by Assistant Commissioner Stephen House.

- CO18 - Operational Support Command Unit, comprised of the Air Support Unit, Marine Support Unit and Dog section
- CO19 - Specialist Firearms Command
- CO20 - Territorial Support Group
