Cerball mac Muirecan

"'Cearball mac Murecain'" one of the Kings of Leinster to be inaugurated and based at Nás na Ríogh Naas, County Kildare, a member of the Uí Faeláin, one of three septs of the Uí Dúnlainge dynasty which rotated the kingship of Leinster between 750-1050, significant in County Kildare History. After his death in 909 he was interred at Cill Corbáin (identified as Kill Co Kildare) in a noble church of shining lustre with eight of his Uí Faeláin royal ancestors.
