Ceridian Corporation NYSE: [CEN] is an information services company in the human resources, transportation and retail markets. It is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.

The current Chairman of the Board is L. White Matthews, III.

President and Chief Executive Officer Ronald L. Turner will retire October 1, 2006.

Ceridian is the largest payroll and human resources provider in both Canada and the United Kingdom.

History

The Ceridian Corporation is a descendant of Control Data Corporation.
