Cesare G. De Michelis (born in 1943) is a professor of modern and contemporary Italian literature at the University of Padua, Italy and a professor of Russian literature at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".

He is the author of the book The Non-Existent Manuscript: A Study of the Protocols of the Sages of Zion (Studies in Antisemitism Series, University of Nebraska Press, 2004) [link].
