Chablis Premier Cru AOC

Chablis Premier Cru is a wine Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) in the Chablis region of France, classified as part of the Burgundy wine region. It is reserved for better quality sites in the general Chablis AOC, although not as good as Chablis Grand Cru AOC. The sites are on both sides of the River Serein.
The wines are all white, from the chardonnay grape.
