Changzhi (Simplified Chinese: }}}; Traditional Chinese: ; pinyin: ) is a prefecture-level city in the province of Shanxi of the People's Republic of China. It lies between the city of Huozhou in Shanxi and the city of Hebi in Henan.

Changzhi has a population of about half a million.
