Charles "Charlie" Adler (born February 20, 1957 in Brooklyn) is an American voice actor.

In Cow and Chicken, Adler provided the voices for the three major characters (four if you count I. R. Baboon in the I Am Weasel shorts that used to show with each episode). This is unusual in contemporary animation, though Mel Blanc would commonly do this in the "golden age" of Warner Bros. animation. He was also a voice director for The Wild Thornberrys, As Told by Ginger, Rugrats in Paris and Stripperella.
