Charles Ashley Rupert Walker (born 11 September, 1967) is a Conservative politician in the United Kingdom.

Walker is the stepson of Christopher Chataway, a former Conservative MP and Leader of the Inner London Education Authority. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon, and has been a member of Wandsworth Council since 2002.

In the 2005 general election he was elected Member of Parliament for Broxbourne, succeeding Dame Marion Roe. He previously stood in Ealing North in 2001.

He is the only Conservative MP who is also a member of a trade union (AMICUS).
