Cheli

A cheli is a native of the traditional working class and poor districts of Madrid, Spain, such as Lavapies and Atocha in the southern part of the old city. Cheli culture corresponds closely to cockney culture of London's East End, and like "cockney" the word can refer either to the people or their dialect.
