Chen Liangyu

Chen Liangyu (陈良宇) is the current CPC Party Chief in Shanghai, therefore its actual governor. Chen is part of the Shanghai Clique, and is believed to be highly oppositional to Premier Wen Jiabao. He could be a leader in the Fifth Generation of Chinese Leadership.
