A plate of chicken fingers and french fries
Chicken Fingers (also called Chicken Tenders or Chicken Strips) are a style of Fried chicken that do not include any bones or skin. They are prepared by being dipped in a breaded mixture and then deep fried. Traditionally chicken fingers are primarily white meat, but this is not always the case. They are usually served along with dipping sauces, usually sweet and sour, honey mustard, ranch or barbecue, but also a variety of hot sauces.
Variations
- Chicken Finger Subs are simply chicken fingers on a roll, usually covered in hot sauce.
- Boneless Buffalo Wings (aka Buffalo Fingers) are not actually wings at all, but rather a type of chicken fingers cooked in buffalo sauce.
