Introduction

Chris! Chris! Chris! is a five-person band performing rock and pop music. Although the band performs live on stage, four of the five members appear only via a televised satellite feed. The band's history is a cautionary tale about early success and later hardship.

History

The original band consisted of Chris Decatur (lead singer), Chris Capri (bass), and Chris Hardy (drums). The three Chris's met in [Austin, Texas], and played together for a few years as a trio. They were signed by a major record label, and toured Texas, Louisiana, and Florida -- where they met Cuban-born Sabado Domingo (keyboards), adding the "synth" to their sound.
