The Chrono Trigger Original Sound Version is a musical soundtrack from the video game Chrono Trigger. There are a variety of soundtracks for this game including the Original Sound Track available as well as many symphonic versions.

Yasunori Mitsuda was the composer of most of the original soundtrack, with contributions by Nobuo Uematsu. Uematsu composed Silent Light, Mystery of the Past, People Who Threw Away the Will to Live, Bike Chase, Underground Sewer, Primitive Mountain, Burn! Bobonga!, Tyran Castle, Sealed Door, and Demo - Mystery of the Past; he also cowrote Boss Battle 1 with Noriko Matsueda.

The beta version of the game has a slightly different soundtrack. These early tracks are not in the final ROM as music tracks (some are used as sound effects, and one has a tune plus sound effect). They include:

Additionally, one more unused song exists solely in the Japanese cartridge of the final game. A fanfare, its instrumentation was removed before the game was shipped, meaning the only way to listen to it is to manually assign instruments through codes.
