Chua Chu Kang Single Member Constituency (蔡厝港单选区) is a Single Member Constituency (SMC) located in the western region of Singapore. The constituency encompasses Choa Chu Kang New Town. It is one of the oldest surviving consituencies in Singapore, and has existed since 1959. Throughout its relatively long history, the ruling People's Action Party has won the constituency in every election, except the 1963 general election when it lost the seat to now defunct opposition party Barisan Sosialis. Chua Chu Kang SMC faced a three-cornered fight in the 1997 general election and the PAP was challenged by Singapore Democratic Alliance's Steve Chia in the 2001 and 2006 general elections.

It is only constiuency to have both remained intact and existed before Singapore's independence. Joo Chiat Single Member Constituency existed before independence, but was merged into Bedok Group Representation Constituency (Bedok GRC). It was later recreated for the general election of 2001 when East Coast GRC, the GRC it was in, was dissolved and redistricted. Any other pre-independence constituencies too have been dissolved and redistricted, replaced by younger constituencies.
