Ci fan tuan

Cí fàn tuán (Chinese: 糍飯糰 (Traditional) , 糍饭团 (Simplified)) is a kind of food in Chinese cuisine, originated in Shanghai. It is made by wrapping ingredients such as zha cai, meat floss and youtiao with glutinous rice. It is usually eaten in breakfast in China, together with a cup of soy milk.
